I am proud to be serving in my seventh term in the Massachusetts Legislature. I will continue to fight for the best interests of residents of Newton and the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

I have filed legislation this session in the areas of mental health, the environment, consumer protection, public safety and gender equity. I continue to work for maximum state assistance to the municipalities, most especially my home city, Newton, and for maintaining a safety net for the most vulnerable among us.
